All tickets are mobile and available on the Kraken + CPA app. Tickets can be digitally transferred to all guests via email or phone number via the app. For easiest entry, we encourage all recipients of tickets to download them to their mobile wallet prior to arrival.

You will have the ability to purchase additional Standing Room Only tickets. Pricing and quantity of the Standing Room Only tickets varies. Please contact your Seattle Kraken/Climate Pledge Arena sales representative for accurate pricing information.

Yes, suite purchasers will receive an email from our F&B Team a few weeks before the event. We recommend pre-ordering your food so its all set up by the time you arrive to the arena. Reach out to climatecollectivesuites@delawarenorth.com or 206-752-7302. If you choose not to pre-order any food/drinks, you will be able to place an order upon arrival to the suite.

Suite purchasers will receive up to 2 courtesy emails leading up to event as a reminder to place your food and beverage order. Pre-orders are due 3 business days prior to the event and are strongly encouraged

We strongly encourage pre-ordering any food or beverages you may need. Suite purchasers can order additional food on event day through an in-suite QR code or by contacting your suite attendant. However, day-of-event food menus are limited and, due to a high volume of orders, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

We accept all major credit cards as well as checks, ACH, and Wire Transfer.

There are no additional taxes or fees added onto the quoted suite price.
