Tickets

All tickets are mobile and available on the Miami Dolphins app. Tickets can be digitally transferred to all guests via email or phone number via the app. For easiest entry, we encourage all recipients of tickets to download them to their mobile wallet prior to arrival.

Each suite ticket is a ticket to the game, and suite purchasers will have the ability to purchase additional Standing Room Only tickets. Pricing and quantity of the Standing Room Only tickets varies by game and suite location. The quantity is listed next to each suite location above. Please contact your Miami Dolphins sales representative for accurate pricing information.

Yes, children are allowed on the suite level. Children that are under the age of two years AND under 34" in height will not be required to have a ticket.

Parking

Suite purchasers will receive 2 different types of parking: 1) Physical Parking Passes — 2 Premium Parking Passes with access to an express lane off the Turnpike and an assigned parking spot. These will be shipped to you a couple weeks prior to the start of the NFL season. 2) Digital Parking Passes — parking passes with access to one of our outer lots. These can be transferred via the Miami Dolphins app in the same way as your tickets.

Guests hiring a private driver will have the ability to use their parking passes, but there will not be in-and-out privileges. Limousines, buses or shuttles will not be able to use the parking passes due to space constraints; however, alternative options exist to accommodate those vehicles. If you wish to use one of those methods of transportation, please contact your Miami Dolphins sales representative for details.

Food & Beverage

An "All Pro" food and non-alcoholic beverage package is included with most suites. A sample menu is available at https://dolphins.vipfanportal.com/salesportal/assets/images/sample-menu.jpg. Alternative menus, customization, and à la carte items are available via our catering website or by contacting Sodexo Live!, our catering partner, following your purchase. Your Miami Dolphins sales representative can help with a direct introduction.

Suite purchasers can order additional food and beverage (including alcohol) to the game through our catering website or on game day via a QR code located in every suite. See pre-order and in-suite ordering timelines below for important details.

Suite purchasers will receive up to 2 courtesy emails leading up to game day as a reminder to place your food and beverage order. Pre-orders are due 6 days prior to the game and are strongly encouraged.

We strongly encourage pre-ordering any food or beverages you may need. Suite purchasers can order additional food on game day through an in-suite QR code or by contacting your suite attendant. However, day-of-game food menus are limited and, due to a high volume of orders, please allow up to 90 minutes for your order to arrive.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as checks, ACH, and Wire Transfer.

There are no additional taxes or fees added onto the quoted suite price.

Stadium Entry

Guests will have access to their private suite two hours prior to kickoff and for about an hour after the game.

Guests will be able to enter the stadium through any gate. It's recommended that guests with suites on the north side of the stadium enter through the North Gate and guests with suites on the south side enter through the South Gate. All guests with tickets will receive a Know Before You Go email prior to the game with directions to the best entry gate.

Suite Personalization

You are welcome to decorate your space with items that will stay inside the suite. Any decorations or branding cannot be visible in the hallway or to the guests in the seating bowl. Common decorations include party favors, branded cups, and napkins. Please connect directly with your Miami Dolphins sales representative at least 2 weeks prior to game day for delivery of items.
