Premium Seating tickets are accessible via United Center Account Manager using a web browser or via the United Center app, which is available from the App Store or Google Play store. Returning guests can sign in with their email and password. First-time guests should select Sign In / Sign Up, enter the email used for the booking, click Continue, and follow the prompts.

For detailed instructions on transferring and accepting tickets, please refer to pages 4-5 and 11-13 of our Ticket Management Guide, which can be found here. The United Center is fully digital, and tickets are mobile-only. To ensure a seamless entry experience for your guests, we highly recommend transferring tickets individually to each attendee before the event.

You can purchase additional tickets by contacting our team at rentalsuites@unitedcenter.com, provided you haven't already purchased the maximum number of tickets available in your space. Please submit your request by the business day before your event, as requests received after business hours or on weekends and holidays may not be fulfilled.

Upgrades are available for both food and beverage selections, and you can choose to upgrade one or both based on your preferences. Please reach out to our catering partner, Levy Restaurants, at ucsuiteeats@levyrestaurants.com to explore available options.

ALT LOT parking passes are valid in Lots E, L, M, P, R, T, and W, as well as the Malcolm X College (MXC) parking garage. For a map of these locations, visit the Directions & Parking page on our website and select Suites Parking.

Please note that all buses must park in Lot B, and each bus requires two parking passes.

For the quickest access to premium areas, guests should use the entrance listed on their ticket: Gate 2 ½ or Gate 6 ½.

Please note that these gates may not be available for certain special events. When open, they close at the start of the event. If your designated entrance is closed or you arrive after the event begins, please use any standard entrance and proceed to the elevator vestibule located between Gates 2 and 3 on the north side or Gates 6 and 7 on the south side.

Premium areas open 90 minutes before Blackhawks and Bulls games. For special events, gate times may vary; please refer to the Know Before You Go email sent a few days before your event for specific details.

The United Center has a strict bag policy. Guests may bring one personal item no larger than 10” x 6” x 2”. Backpacks and other oversized bags are not permitted.

If needed, bag check lockers are available outside the Uber Zone entrance on the northeast corner of Madison Street and Wood Street.

Decorations are not permitted. This policy helps maintain a safe, comfortable experience for all guests and prevents items from impacting other guests’ views, movement, or enjoyment of the event.

Giveaway items will not be permitted through security. However, the United Center has limited ability to accept shipments and place approved items in your suite prior to the event for your use upon arrival. Please send requests to rentalsuites@unitedcenter.com for review and coordination.
